Out on the larger avenues, the first car headlights begin to flicker on as daylight dims. Cruising taxis and the occasional commuter car cruise by, their lights highlighting the changing colors of dusk. Still, many pedestrians stroll leisurely through the neighborhood, soaking in the mellow atmosphere of golden hour.
